Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing plans, including meetups, contests and awareness campaigns
• Manage MouthShut accounts on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube to build communities and engage users
• Coordinate with the communications and product teams to develop social media messaging
• Investigate opportunities to build awareness in new markets through social media
• Track and report results of social media efforts

• Experience with social media, particularly Twitter, Facebook and YouTube (preferred: experience using social media as a marketing tool)
• Knowledge of online user behavior and online consumer marketing

• 3+ years leading and managing online marketing programs such as online advertising SEM/SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing etc.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function independently and in teams, with a strong eye for detail and analysis

• Bachelor's degree with love for Internet

Senior Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as a senior-level Microsoft .NET developer using extensive object-oriented design patterns and Web development tools – We also have vacancy for a mid-level
• Undertake technical lead role on development projects, advising on technologies and methodologies as well as coaching junior team members
• Apply development experience using the .NET framework to support client needs
• Analyze, design, and develop Web-based applications
• Solve project-related problems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Write technical documentation including use cases and design documents

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field
• Engineering background ( Graduation in BE / BTech, BSC, BCA / MCA) is a pre-requisite
• Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels should be above 60 %
• Experience as senior developer and/or technical lead on at least four successful projects
• 3-4 years of experience in ASP.NET technology (.NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP, IIS, etc.)
• In depth knowledge of .NET framework (ideally 2.0)
• 2-3 years of experience in SQL
• Good knowledge of HTML / CSS / AJAX
• Experienced in full software development lifecycle; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Familiarity with UML Modeling
• Familiarity with process modeling techniques
• Experience in creating software architecture documents and other design artifacts

• Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
